MyCare Channel is a professional health advisory service approved by the government. It offers guidance and support in health care services, plus employment and training. It is a care support partner for its clients.
MyCare Channel covers many different services within the healthcare industry. It has an in-depth knowledge of the healthcare landscape including: National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Home Care Packages (HCP), Retirement Living.
MyCare Channel offers free advice and guidance so a client can get the best outcome for their health needs, and live their life to the full. This includes pointing them towards trusted health professionals and providers to coordinate, manage and deliver that care.
Challenges
MyCare Channel is one of the services that VETEA offers in their various business. They noticed there weren't enough platforms can provide credible and reputable sources and media about healthcare information.
Their aim is to provide education for both providers and recipients, help providers get trained in the health care industry, and let people in need find a carer to assist them.
Approach
I created a fresh look for the MyCare Channel, with calm and peaceful blue colors that brings a sign of stability and reliability to the brand.
Design collaterals including business card, letterhead, email templates, company profile, covers/posts for social media pllatforms, and presentation sliders.
