Centrix is a tech-savvy organization that provides IT solutions, offering new world technology solutions available to drive real results Australia-wide.
In 2019, Centrix was having enormous difficulties with their initial website platform. Centrix required a website re-design and everything would need to be finalized with an 8-week turnaround.
Challenges
Centrix was overwhelmed that their initial website didn't generate the expected results. The website structure was not SEO friendly and the visual was outdated.
Approach
With the newly built platform and marketing strategy, Centrix has seen a significant increase in website traffic and performance. Within two weeks of the launch, they reported that traffic increased 99.64%.
In 4 weeks, a 43.6% increase in users to the website, a 38.5% increase in session activity, a 4.5% increase in session duration, and an 11.8% decrease in bounce rates.
